So, why get your carpet cleaned on a regular basis you may ask? Over time, soils (any foreign substance to the carpet) will build up. The majority of the soils will be what we call, particle soils. These soils actually damage the carpet fibers, resulting in a shorter carpet life, carpet wear, which may reflect as "dirty" areas on the carpet, and other situations which proper carpet maintenance can help prevent! Most particle soils can be removed with vacuuming, but the problem is the other soils, such as oils, lipids, grease, tar, asphalt etc. These soils trap the particle soils making it impossible to just vacuum out. That's when we come in. Our process uses chemicals, heat, agitation and time to ensure we release these stubborn soils leaving your carpet cleaner and healthier.
